Since launching WorkGuru in 2019, we've focused on building software that helps fabrication workshops, manufacturers and trade service businesses operate more efficiently.
Over the last seven years, we've never increased our prices.
During that time, WorkGuru has evolved significantly. We've delivered more than 2,000 platform improvements, introduced over 400 customer-requested features, and expanded the platform from a job management system into a complete operational platform for growing businesses.
To continue investing in the platform and supporting the businesses that rely on WorkGuru every day, we're updating our pricing from 1 August 2026.
Since 2019, we've continued to invest heavily in product development, infrastructure and customer support while keeping pricing unchanged.
Over that period we've introduced major capabilities including:
Alongside these major additions, we've delivered thousands of improvements across quoting, scheduling, purchasing, reporting, invoicing and day-to-day usability. This pricing update ensures we can continue investing in the platform and delivering the improvements our customers expect.
From 1 August 2026, WorkGuru will move to a Platform-based pricing model.
The WorkGuru Platform includes your first 10 team members as well as all core WorkGuru functionality, including:
The Platform fee will be $350 per month.
For existing customers with fewer than 10 users, the Platform fee will not be applied immediately. The Platform fee will only apply when additional users are added to the account or when optional modules are enabled.
Team members beyond the first 10 will be charged at $35 per user per month.
This replaces WorkGuru's previous user pricing of $30 per user per month and represents the first increase to WorkGuru pricing since launch in 2019.
Customers can choose to enable additional functionality based on the needs of their business.
Inventory & Stock Control
No changes are being made to Inventory & Stock Control pricing as part of this update. Includes:
Workflow Automations
Automate repetitive processes, notifications and business workflows.
Digital Forms
Replace paperwork with structured digital forms, inspections, checklists and field data capture.
Existing customers will transition to the updated pricing structure from 1 August 2026.
We'll contact customers individually before the change takes effect and provide a clear breakdown of how the updated pricing applies to their account. This will include any changes to user pricing, modules currently in use and the total impact on their subscription.
Our goal is to make the transition as straightforward as possible and ensure every customer understands exactly how the updated pricing applies to their business.
WorkGuru has always been built alongside the businesses that use it. This pricing update allows us to continue investing in product development, customer support and new capabilities while ensuring WorkGuru continues to evolve alongside the businesses that rely on it every day.
